Update: 03/06/09 I am officially registered and am riding as part of Team SSAB Steel Peddlers, recruited by my good friend and sometimes riding partner (except for the Fox Valley Trail) Glenn Gilmore. His wife Alice will be riding also. My goal is to ride 125 miles over 2 days. – And I need to raise money, lots of it – you can help, right?

I am dedicating my ride to Delores Bopp Potterton who has MS and puts together a kick a** walk team – Walking with Dolores. They are consistently one of the top fund raising teams every year. She knows I can’t do the MS Walk, but I can do this ride. So if you have a mind, support me by  logging your donation. Thanks for your support.

Saturday Rainout

Rain on Saturday washed out the ride for a number of us. After about a 2 hour wait for the road to open, some of decided to wait until Sunday. And on Sunday we did ride! got in 36 miles before heading into the city for another commitment. I figure I owe my supporters another 90 miles or so. I will get that in.
