Twitter Guidelines is very well done and should be a must read for not only Real Estate Professionals just getting on Twitter, but anyone with a business that is looking to consciously brand themselves.

Each tip is crafted simply and succinctly for actionable steps.

Though I've been on Twitter for quite awhile I have to say I hadn't heard of the Tweetride, but it sounds like fun!

You touched upon it with the reference to Nichole Nicolay's e-book Twitter for Real Estate Twits, but authenticity, and some transparency go a long ways. Don't overdue the transparency and go into the TMI mode if you don't in real life. It could attract some for a short time, but it's not professional. Be yourself and others will enjoy you for who you are. :) Thanks for a great post!
